PSA – How To Be A Good Ally

This post took me a good amount of effort and thought and even more thought.

What I wanted to do the most was relate what I had learned over the last couple of years, but with some good humour mixed in as well. It’s hard to say anything more without sounding pretentious, so I’ll let the video speak for itself.

Enjoy!

    1. Hello there! I’m glad you liked the video and yes, I do have a website that you can check out for more discussion and reading about white privilege.

      http://dennisupkins.wordpress.com/2014/08/20/your-ferguson-resource-packet/#more-2052

It’s by my friend Denny Upkins and it has a lot fo good links and articles about racism and white privilege for you to check out.

I would also highly recommend that you google Unpacking the invisible Knapsack, which talks about all the ways in which white people benefit from white privilege.

      Cheers!
